These Terms & Conditions govern your use of any mobile game or application developed and published by Karen Gyurjyan (“we”, “us”, the “Developer”), referred to here as the “App”. By downloading or using the App, these terms apply to you automatically, so please read them before you start.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not:
The App, together with all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to it, remains the property of Karen Gyurjyan or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
You are responsible for keeping your device and your access to the App secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device. Doing so removes the manufacturer's software restrictions, may expose your device to malware, may compromise its security features, and may cause the App to stop working correctly or at all.
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our Apps are free to download and are supported by advertising. Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases, including the option to remove advertisements. Purchases are processed by the app store you downloaded the App from, and their refund policies apply. We do not process or store your payment card details.
The App uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions, including advertising networks, analytics providers, and platform services. A current list of these providers, with links to their policies, is in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is governed by their terms as well as ours.
Some features of the App require an active internet connection, over Wi-Fi or your mobile network. We are not responsible for the App failing to work at full functionality if you do not have a connection or have used up your data allowance.
If you use the App outside a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. You may be charged by your provider for the cost of data, including roaming charges if you use the App outside your home country without turning off data roaming. You accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission to use the App.
Our Apps are distributed on Android and iOS. System requirements may change over time, and you may need to download updates to keep using the App. We do not promise that we will always update the App, or that it will remain compatible with the operating system version installed on your device.
We may stop providing the App and may end your use of it at any time without notice. On termination, the rights granted to you under these terms end, and you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the App accurate and up to date, we rely in part on information provided by third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from your reliance on the App's functionality.
We are also not responsible for matters within your control — for example, if your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the App as a result.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age that applies in your country. By using the App, you confirm you meet that age requirement, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Please review this page periodically.
