This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use any mobile game or application developed and published by Karen Gyurjyan (“we”, “us”, the “Developer”), how that information is used, and what choices you have. In this policy, each of our games and applications is referred to as the “App”.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Our Apps do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to submit your name, postal address, phone number, or payment card details. Any settings, progress, or preferences you set inside the App are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

If you contact us by email for support or to make a privacy request, we will receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to answer you.

Information collected automatically

The App uses third-party services that collect certain information automatically. Depending on the App and on the consent choices you make, this may include:

2. How we use information

3. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

4. Third-party services

We work with the service providers listed below. Several of these act as independent data controllers, meaning they decide how they use the data they collect and are responsible for it under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read them.

Core services used in our games

These are integrated in our games through the Voodoo TinySauce SDK:

Additional services

Our games also use:

Not every service listed above is present in every one of our games. The set of services used depends on the individual game and its version. The store listing for each game also contains a data safety or privacy nutrition label describing what that specific game collects.

Contact details for making a deletion request directly to each of these partners are listed on our User Data Deletion page.

5. Advertising and your choices

Our Apps are free and are supported by advertising. Advertising may be personalised, meaning it is selected based on your advertising identifier and inferred interests, or non-personalised, meaning it is based only on general context such as the App you are using and your approximate country.

Controlling personalised advertising

Turning off personalised advertising does not remove ads from the App; it means the ads you see will be less relevant to you.

6. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable minimum age in your country, which is 16 in some parts of the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address at the top of this page. We will delete the information promptly. Where a child is identified in a jurisdiction with a higher age threshold, we apply that threshold instead.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy. Crash reports and diagnostic data are typically retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated analytics data, which cannot be used to identify you, may be kept for longer. Our third-party service providers apply their own retention periods, which are described in their privacy policies.

8. International data transfers

The service providers we use operate globally, and your information may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our providers rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

If you are in California

You have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Sharing your advertising identifier with advertising partners for personalised advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “share” under California law. You can opt out using the device controls described in section 5, or by emailing us.

How to exercise your rights

Email us at the address at the top of this page, or follow the steps in the section below. We respond within 30 days.

10. Request user data deletion

11. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Links to other sites

The App may contain advertisements or links that take you to third-party websites and app stores. We do not operate those destinations and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Material changes will be brought to your attention inside the App where required by law. Please review this page periodically.
