This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with you in any game or application published by Karen Gyurjyan. There is no charge for making a request, and we will not ask you to justify it.

What data we hold

Our games do not require an account, so we do not hold your name, email address, or payment details unless you have written to us directly. The data linked to you consists of:

This data is processed by us and by the third-party service providers named in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Find your advertising identifier. This helps us locate your data. It is optional — if you cannot find it, send your request anyway and we will work from the other details you provide.
    • Android: open Settings → Google → All services → Ads. Your advertising ID is shown on that screen.
    • iOS: Apple does not display the IDFA in settings. Skip this step and tell us your device model and the approximate date you last played instead.
  2. Send us an email. Write to gyurjyankaren1986@gmail.com using the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include these details so we can identify the right records:
  4. We confirm receipt. We reply to acknowledge your request, usually within a few working days.
  5. We delete the data. We erase the records we hold and instruct our third-party service providers to do the same. We email you once this is finished, normally within 30 days of your original request.

If a request is unusually complex, we may need up to a further 60 days. If that happens we will tell you before the first 30 days are up, and explain why.

Requesting deletion from our partners directly

Some of the companies listed in our Privacy Policy act as independent data controllers. They decide how they use the data they collect, and we cannot delete their copy on your behalf. When you send us a request we will instruct them to delete your data, but you may also contact them yourself using the details below.

Deleting data yourself

You can take these steps at any time without contacting us:

Reset or delete your advertising identifier

Uninstall the game

Removing the game from your device deletes all local data, including your saved progress and settings. Local progress cannot be recovered after uninstalling.

Data we may need to keep

In limited cases we may retain a minimal record after deletion, where the law requires it — for example, records relating to a purchase that we must keep for tax or accounting purposes, or information needed to detect and prevent fraud. We keep only what is necessary, and we will tell you if this applies to your request.

Requests made through Facebook Login

If you signed in to one of our games using Facebook, you can also remove our app's access from Facebook directly: open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook, select the app, and remove it. Removing access stops future data sharing. To have data already collected erased, please still send us a deletion request using the steps above.
