This page explains what data Snowball Smash stores and how to have it deleted. For full details on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

What data is stored

Snowball Smash saves your progress online using Google Firebase. The data stored against an anonymous account identifier (not linked to your real identity) includes:

The current version shows no ads and uses no advertising identifiers. A future, ad-supported version may also collect an advertising identifier and advertising/attribution data through the partners listed below.

How to request deletion

Email gyurjyankaren1986@gmail.com with:

  1. Subject line: Snowball Smash — data deletion
  2. Your device platform (Android or iOS)
  3. Your in-game display name, if you set one (this helps us find your record)
  4. Your advertising identifier, if you are asking about an ad-supported version and can find it

We will delete the data associated with your account and confirm within 30 days.

Reinstalling or clearing the app's data on your device removes the locally stored copy, but your cloud record remains until you request deletion as described above.

Third-party providers

In all versions, your game data is processed by Google Firebase on our behalf. To learn about Google's data practices and controls, see the Firebase privacy information and the Google Privacy Policy.

If you use an ad-supported version and also want to request deletion of data collected by our advertising or attribution partners (who act as independent data controllers), contact them directly:
